| We have 2 kinds of shared rooms,
5 person and 8 person shared rooms.
We always try to do our best to
separate ladies and men, but sometimes
it is not possible. So we will
kindly need your cooperation.

check in and check out time? |
Check in time is from13:00 to
20:00. But if you need to check
in earlier or after hours because
of your flight schedule or other
reason, please let us know.

the curfew time? |
There is no curfew time.
Please respect the other guests when you return to your room late at night.
Also, some of our guesthouses are located in quiet and very nice neighborhoods.
Please keep quiet when you come back to the guesthouse after midnight. |

deposit fee refundable at out check-out?

| Yes, it is. If you do not break anything or otherwise cause problems, it`s
definitely refundable. (And we have never had to withhold the deposit fee
from any guest. Every guest has been a nice guest.) |

to pay the rent in advance. |
Yes.
The payment is always cash(Japanese
yen) in advance only. |

to pay a cancellation fee? |
We do not charge a cancellation
fee if you tell us the day before
the reservation. Please let us
know as soon as possible.
If you need to check out earlier,
we take the fixed cancellation
fee and refund the balance. |

| Q16. Can I stay
a long time at your guesthouse? |
| We are operating `YADOYA Guesthouse` for people who want to stay in Tokyo
temporarily. So our facility has the minimum requirements for tourists.
But we understand it is very expensive to stay and hard to find reasonable
accommodation in Tokyo for long term. So if you accept our facility to
stay longer, of course, we are very happy to have you as our guest. |

| Q17. Can I receive a letter at your guesthouse? |
| Please ask to your family or friend to send letters to our office, we will
receive your letters there. |

| Q18. Where are
your guesthouses? |
Our guesthouses are located
at Nakano. Nakano is only one
stop away from Shinjuku which
is in central Tokyo, It is very
convenient and you can fine cheap
restaurants and supermarkets.
There is also a Working holiday office, Broadway (you can find interesting things especially for Japanese cartoon or animation) at Nakano.
The nearest station is JR-Nakano station, and you can check the map to
our office. |
